This was an individual project completed as part of the Sustainable Technology 2 module at the University of Gloucestershire. The brief was to produce a sustainable landscape design for a section of Barnwood Park and Arboretum in Gloucestershire, centred around a pond and reed bed water treatment system.

I produced the full planting plan at 1:100, selecting and specifying all plant species across pond, marginal, deep water, floating and grassland zones. Key species include Nymphaea alba, Ranunculus aquatilis, and Elodea canadensis across three depth zones - shallow (0-15cm), marginal (15-40cm), and deep (60-120cm). Native wildflower seed mixes EM2 and EM8 frame the wider landscape alongside Phragmites australis, Filipendula ulmaria, and Typha latifolia.

The General Arrangement plan (1:200) features a converted church repurposed as a café, with boardwalks, Breedon gravel paths, limestone paving, raised beds, decking, gabion walls, a pergola, and timber log kerbs. I also produced all five construction details and both cross sections, drawn to 1:10 scale with full technical annotations and material specifications.
