Private Client Garden Design
Lead Designer | 2nd Year | Hand-drawn Masterplan & Visualisations
This solo project involved designing a long, rectangular lawn and transforming it into a sustainable, child-friendly garden. The scheme balances structured outdoor living with naturalistic planting, unified by a coherent material palette of Yorkshire stone, hardwood timber, and mixed shrub borders.
I created two visualisations for the client to understand what the garden would look like, along with a cross section to convey the proportions and spatial relationships within the garden.
The design features defined zones for relaxation, play, and entertaining, with a hardwood timber pergola providing shade and structure, and a corrugated metal roof shed offering practical storage. I also presented this design directly to the client.
